1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.

Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the organiser are not eligible.

2. How to Enter

Participants must follow the entry instructions provided in the giveaway post.

Incomplete entries or entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

Participants may enter multiple times unless stated otherwise.

3. Prize Details

1-hour padel session for 4 people at Rietondale Padel:

Subject to venue availability.

Booking must be made within 6 months of winner announcement unless otherwise agreed.

Prize is for court time and equipment is included.

20% off your next tax return:

Discount applies only to the tax return service provided by Tax Worx Consulting (Pty) Ltd.

The discount applies to a single individual return only.

The return must be completed within the 2025/2026 tax season.

The discount is not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash.

4. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

The winner will be contacted via direct message or the platform where the entry was submitted.

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected.

5. General Rules

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash.

The organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition if circumstances arise outside of their control.

By entering, participants consent to:

Their name being announced publicly as the winner.

The organiser contacting them for prize coordination.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social platform.

6. Liability

Participants enter at their own risk.

The organiser is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses occurring during the padel session or from the use of the prize.

Rietondale Padel is not responsible for the administration of the competition.

7. Privacy

Personal information will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway.

No personal data will be sold or shared with third parties.

Entries must follow the instructions provided in the giveaway announcement (e.g., form submission, social media actions, or email entry).

Entries submitted after the closing date or incomplete entries will not be considered.

3. Prize Details

Winners will receive:

A. Tax Worx Consulting Offer:

30% off bookkeeping services for the first 3 months.

The offer applies to a single company account and can be redeemed from 5 January 2026.

Additional bookkeeping months are billed at the standard rate.

The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another company.

B. Dream Print Options (choose option 1 or 2):

Option 1: Branding Bundle: 50 flyers + 50 business cards.

 OR

Option 2: Discount Offer: 30% off any printing order.

The option must be selected at the time of prize claim.

The printing offer is valid for a single order only and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Physical products (flyers/business cards) are subject to Dream Print production times and availability.

4. Winner Selection

Winner(s) will be randomly selected from all valid entries.

If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Redemption & Booking

Winners must contact Tax Worx Consulting and/or Dream Print to redeem their prizes.

Prizes must be redeemed within the stated redemption period.

Tax Worx Consulting and Dream Print reserve the right to reschedule services or delivery in exceptional circumstances.

6. General Rules

Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Organisers reserve the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Participants consent to their company name being used when announcing the winner.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with any social media platform.
